I worked on a number of projects including ‘Wasted‘ and ‘Trophies of Empire‘ with Gina Czarnecki.  I enjoy working with Gina, it is a long standing collaboration, Gina is very focussed and perceptive. I like our discussions about my research. We navigated our way through a series of projects exploring the ethics and realities of working on human tissue for art. This culminated in voluntary donation of femur head from patients undergoing hip replacement.  We also had some debates on ethics of human tissue in art. Very different to the rules surrounding use of human tissue in science research. The project involved a lot of practical research e.g. best way to clean human bones of tissue. Lamb bones good practice material.
